OK here goes the picture catch up. There is really not much to it.
Spring is on the way. I planted about 250 daffodils last fall and it looks like they all will come up. There were no bulbs when we moved in. Bradington Bunch-- when you see our yard there remember there was nothing that bloomed there before we moved in. Here it was not so bad. The yard had basic bones of shrubs and trees so I get to fill in with bulbs and perennials and occasionally kill a tree that is just to ugly to be allowed to go on wasting space in my yard.
Primrose and English daisy. Next year I am not wasting my time and money on pansies when I can have these beauties all winter.

On my last Saturday before my class ended I sent the boys out and they came back with a garden. Supplies in the van above. Garden box assembled below and filled and ready to plant with delicious veggies. We also have fruit trees (apple, pear, and plum and fig)
Finally... the kids friends may not be allowed over again. Their parents sent them over looking all clean and lovely and they went home covered in dirt and grass stains from head to toe with my apologies to all the parents. Here is what the parents missed in between; there are 5 boys in this pile. A good time was had by all except the moms who had to wash the clothes.
