Accepting Spring

I had some trouble accepting that spring is happening here already.

But it seems to be.

Early spring is here. And it has been beautiful.

It has been so clear we could see the Olympic mountains.....

Old Man Rainier (M calls him Mr. Volcano)

And all the way to Mount Baker to the north.

I should have just enjoyed it and not worried about spring coming too early because the rain begins again tomorrow.

PS Another sign that we are kind of out in the sticks: I had to write a note in the neighborhood newsletter for next month warning everyone that we have had coyotes roaming the neighborhood. Coyotes are sssssooooo creeepy. Don't let your dogs out alone.
