In Richmond

Last week D had a conference in Baltimore, Maryland so we took the whole family. While he attended the conference, my parents came and picked us up for a quick visit in Richmond. There are so many pics that I am not including much text. Some of the pics you can tell from the looks on the kids faces that they had a good time.

The kids and I visited our old neighborhood and played one afternoon. I tried to take as many pics as possible of the babies. First Baby C who was not such a great model at Christmas, better this time.

The newest baby on the block is baby Z. He is adorable and you can see his mommy is very proud (and should be!).

He studied me carefully, but decided he mostly wanted to smile at mommy not at me.

So, if you ask the kids if it is alright that we surprised them by not telling them about the Grandparents part of this trip until Grandma and Grandpa showed up at the airport in Baltimore I think they would say it's OK. Next post will be the actual weekend in Baltimore with pics of all the aunts, uncle, and cousins. Still editing.
